Description : THE SCOPE OF WORK
1. The Business Improvement Plans (BIPs), through the administration of the project-s Enterprise Diagnostic Tool (EDT) attached to this TOR, must provide a thorough diagnosis of the present weaknesses/constraints of the overall business operations of the proponents and provide the appropriate strategic actions, investments, and interventions to upscale the proponents- business operations and performance and consequently their respective supply chains. The plan should be time bound and show clear achievable targets within defined timelines. The Business Improvement Plan will also be used for sourcing of financing and resource generation for an impact-oriented implementation of the RAPID Growth Project
2. Contents and sequence of sections of the two (2) BIPs shall be the same contents and sequence indicated in the Enterprise Diagnostic Tool (EDT) which will include the following sections or parts:
