Description : 1. The Department of Health Eastern Visayas Center for Health Development, through the General Appropriations Act FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Six Million Seven Hundred Fifty Thousand Philippine Pesos (Php 6,750,000.00) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Anesthesia Machine with Patient Monitor and ETCO2 under IB No. 2025-113. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall automatically be rejected at bid opening.

2. The DOH-EVCHD now invites bids for the Procurement of Anesthesia Machine with Patient Monitor and ETCO2 using provisions under Republic Act 12009. Delivery of the Goods is required within 60 Calendar Days upon receipt of approved Purchase Order and Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
