Description : Invitation to Bid for the Supply and Delivery of Branded and Brandnew ICT Equipment

The DEPARTMENT OF LABOR AND EMPLOYMENT REGIONAL OFFICE NO. VIII, through the funding year 2024 intends to apply the sum of ₱7,211,736.36 being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Branded and Brandnew ICT Equipment with Identification Number: GF-IMSD-24-10-16. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The DEPARTMENT OF LABOR AND EMPLOYMENT REGIONAL OFFICE NO. VIII now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed at least one (1) contract with the government entity that is similar to this Project, and whose value, adjusted to the current prices using the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) consumer price indices, must be 50% of the ABC completed within three (3) years prior to the deadline for the submission and receipt of bids; must have at least one existing physical store operating within Region 8 for the past three (3) years.
