Description : 1. The Local Government Unit of Enrile, through the 20% Development Fund intends to apply the sum of Four Million Five Hundred Fifty-One Thousand Pesos Only (Php 4,551,000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), to payments under the contract for ITB NO. 2025-09—I023. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
