Improvement/Rehabilitation of Human Resource Management Office

1. The Local Government Unit of Echague, Isabela, through the General Fund to apply the sum of Five hundred thousand pesos (P 500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction/Improvement of multi-purpose building for Sangguniang Kabataan/2025-09-54. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government Unit of Echague, Isabela now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required in 60 days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
