IMPROVEMENT/REHABILITATION OF EVACUATION CENTER AT CARAMOAN COMMUNITY COLLEGE (PHASE II)

1. The Local Government Unit of Caramoan, through the 20% National Tax Allotment FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of ₱2,480,007.13 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for IMPROVEMENT/REHABILITATION OF EVACUATION CENTER AT CARAMOAN COMMUNITY COLLEGE (PHASE II) with Project Identification Number INFR-2025-034. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

Project Description: Improvement/rehabilitation of evacuation center
Painting and tile repair works
Installation of doors and windows

2. The LGU Caramoan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within 102 CD from receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
