1) The Local Government Unit of Guiuan, Eastern Samar, through 20% Development Fund intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Thousand Pesos only (PhP 500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for IMPROVEMENT/REHABILITATION OF BASKETBALL COURT/ MULTI-PURPOSE HALL AT BRGY. BANAHAO, GUIUAN, EASTERN SAMAR. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
