1. The Government of the Philippines (GoP) has received a Loan from the World Bank
towards the cost of Mindanao Inclusive Agriculture Development Project (MIADP)
and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this Loan to payments under the
contract for the IMPROVEMENT/CONCRETING OF NRJ PUROK OCITE -
BAHI FMR, Subproject ID No. MIADP-IN-RO13-ADS-AD-ROS-FRD-0002.

2. The Municipal Local Government Unit of Rosario, Agusan del Sur,
implementing partner of the Department of Agriculture, now invites bids for the
Improvement/Concreting of NRJ Purok Ocite-Bahi FMR. Completion of the
Works is required by 197 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within the
