1) The City Government of Kidapawan, through the Local Council for the Protection of Children (9997) Current Account CY 20253 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Ninety Seven Thousand Five Hundred Seven Pesos and 45/100 (Php297,507.45) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Improvement of Youth Custodial Center (Improvement of Existing Building) at Quirino Drive, Barangay Poblacion, Kidapawan City. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The City Government of Kidapawan] now invites bids for (Improvement of Existing Building).4 Completion of the Works is required Thirty (30) Calendar Days.
