Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF WATERWORKS BUILDING, MUSEUM GROUND PARKING AREA AND MULTI-PURPOSE GYMNASIUM (CLUSTER)

1. The Local Government Unit of Sikatuna, through Waterworks MOOE 2025 (amounting to Php150,000.00) and 20% Development Fund continuing appropriation 2024 (amounting to Php808,440.45) intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Fifty Eight Thousand Four Hundred Forty Pesos & 45/100 (Php958,440.45) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Improvement of Waterworks Building, Museum Ground Parking Area and Multi-Purpose Gymnasium(Cluster)/Sikatuna-2025-Infra-05. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government Unit of Sikatuna now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within 90 calendar days after the receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
