INVITATION TO BID FOR IMPROVEMENT OF WATER SYSTEM (WATER CATCHMENT WALL) BARANGAY STO. NIÑO)

1. The Local Government Unit of Hilongos, through the GENERAL FUND-SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET NO. 2025-03 intends to apply the sum of SEVEN HUNDRED SIXTY EIGHT THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED SIXTY SEVEN PESOS (₱768,367.00)being the ABC to payments under the contract for IMPROVEMENT OF WATER SYSTEM (WATER CATCHMENT WALL) BARANGAY STO. NIÑO) HIL-2025-10-23-LEY-RO08. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government Unit of Hilongos now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 25 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
