Invitation to Bid for IMPROVEMENT OF WATER SYSTEM PROJECT PHASE 3

1. Barangay Local Government unit of Culabay through the BDF 20% Continuing intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Twenty Thousand Thirty-Five Pesos and Fifty-Nine Centavos Only (Php 320,035.59) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for IMPROVEMENT OF WATER SYSTEM PROJECT PHASE 3. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Barangay Local Government Unit of Culabay now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 120 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section 11 (Instructions to Bidders).
