Barangay San Juan, Luisiana, Laguna intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (Php 350,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the Improvement of Water System (Motor Pump and Pipelines) at Sitio Nicolas, Brgy. San Juan, Luisiana, Laguna. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected on bid opening;
  
  2. Barangay San Juan, Luisiana, Laguna now invites bidders for the Improvement of Water System (Motor Pump and Pipelines) at Sitio Nicolas, Brgy. San Juan, Luisiana, Laguna. Execution and implementation of the project shall commence within 10 days after the Notice to Proceed had been received and signed by the Winning Bidder.
