INVITATION TO BID FOR THE
IMPROVEMENT OF WATER SYSTEM AT FISH PORT, BRGY. CAGANGOHAN, PANABO CITY

1.The City Government of Panabo, through the CEEMDO-Supplemental Budget #1 CY 2025 of Appropriation Ordinance No. 10 series of 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Seven Hundred Thirty-Nine Pesos and Twenty-Three Centavos (Php 199,739.23) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for IMPROVEMENT OF WATER SYSTEM AT FISH PORT, BRGY. CAGANGOHAN, PANABO CITY with Project Identification No. 6Ed2026-02. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2.The City Government of Panabo now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required in 30 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instruction to Bidders.
