IMPROVEMENT OF WATER SYSTEM BRGY. SANDOR

1) The Local Government Unit of Balo-i, Lanao del Norte, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) and its Supplemental Budget intends to apply the sum of One Million Pesos (PhP 1,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract: IMPROVEMENT OF WATER SYSTEM BRGY. SANDOR. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit of Balo-i, Lanao del Norte now invites bids for IMPROVEMENT OF WATER SYSTEM BRGY. SANDOR. Completion of the Works is required 120 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within 2-years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
