The Barangay Local Government Unit of Brgy. Cacao, La Paz, Leyte through the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) invites contractors for the IMPROVEMENT OF WATER SYSTEM with an Approved Budget for the Contract amounting to TWO HUNDRED TEN THOUSAND PESOS (Php 210,000.00 ONLY.

A. The Bids and Awards Committee will use a non-discretionary pass/fail criterion in the Eligibility Check/Screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids.
