1. The Barangay of Libas, through the 20% Economic Development Fund (EDF) CY 2023,2024,2025 intends to apply the sum of Two hundred eighty one thousand six hundred forty five pesos 40/100 (Php 281,645.40) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Improvement of water system Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
