1. The Local Government Unit of Cabadbaran City through the Supp. Budget no. 1 CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Four Hundred Forty-Four Thousand Three Hundred Sixteen Pesos and 26/100 Only (P 2,444,316.26) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract IMPROVEMENT OF WAREHOUSE OF AVANCEÑA BENEFICIARIES & FARMERS MULTIPURPOSE COOPERATIVE - 3RD BIDDING. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government Unit of Cabadbaran City now invites bids for IMPROVEMENT OF WAREHOUSE OF AVANCEÑA BENEFICIARIES & FARMERS MULTIPURPOSE COOPERATIVE - 3RD BIDDING. Delivery of the Goods required by 110 Calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 3 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
