IMPROVEMENT OF VILLA ROSARIO-SAVERONA FARM-TO-MARKET ROAD

1. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF TALUGTUG, NUEVA ECIJA, through the DAR-ARF, intends to apply the sum of FIVE MILLION EIGHT HUNDRED NINETY FIVE THOUSAND (PhP5,895,000.00) ONLY, being the ABC to payment under the contract for the IMPROVEMENT OF VILLA ROSARIO-SAVERONA FARM-TO-MARKET ROAD . Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF TALUGTUG, NUEVA ECIJA now invites bids for the above-subject Infrastructure Project. The project shall be completed within Seventy (70) calendar days from the issuance of Notice to Proceed (NTP). The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instruction to Bidders).
