1. The NATIONAL IRRIGATION ADMINISTRATION - REGION 3, through the General Appropriations Act of CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Twelve Million Two Hundred Ten Thousand Nine Hundred Sixteen 93/100 Pesos Only (P 212,210,916.93) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract Improvement of Various Tarlac Groundwater IS & Repair of Various Pump Irrigation System in Pampanga with IB No. NIAR3-2025-TGIS PAM PIS-14 located in Victoria, La Paz, Pura, Concepcion, Tarlac, and Lubao, Candaba, San Luis, Pampanga. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The NATIONAL IRRIGATION ADMINISTRATION - REGION 3 now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Two Hundred Forty (240) Calendar Days.
