1) The City Government of Mandaue, through the Continuing Appropriations - Supplemental Budget No. 1 FY 2025 - 20% Development Fund - Other Structures, Continuing Appropriations - FY 2025 Non-Office-Other Structures Approved by the Sanggunian intends to apply the sum of Twenty Nine Million Two Hundred Four Thousand Eight Hundred Twenty-Two Pesos and 21/100 Centavos (Php29,204,822.21) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Improvement / Upgrading of Mandaue Sports Complex, Centro, M.C.. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The City Government of Mandaue now invites bids for Improvement / Upgrading of Mandaue Sports Complex, Centro, M.C.. Completion of the Works is required 230 calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within 02 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
