Description : 1. The Local Government Unit of Lagayan, thru the FY 2025 - 20 % Municipal Economic Development Funds, intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION FOUR HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (PHP 1,400,000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract "IMPROVEMENT OF TOURISM SITE (LUSUAC TO VIEWDECK)". Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government Unit of Lagayan, now invites bids for the IMPROVEMENT OF TOURISM SITE (LUSUAC TO VIEWDECK). The project is located at Barangay Poblacion, Municipality of Lagayan, Province of Abra, Cordillera Administrative Region. The following are the Item of Works;
