Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF THIRD FLOOR FACILITIES AS THE MAIN TRAINING CENTER OF THE DDRM AT RESILIENCY BUILDING BRGY. TUNASAN, MUNTINLUPA
1. The City Government of Muntinlupa, through the duly approved 2025 Executive Budget & LDRRM Fund intends to apply the sum of Four Million Six Hundred Ninety One Thousand Thirty Three Pesos (P4,691,033.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Improvement of Third Floor Facilities as the Main Training Center of the DDRM at Resiliency Building Brgy. Tunasan, Muntinlupa. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The City Government of Muntinlupa now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within Sixty (60) calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
