Description : 1. The [Local Government Unit of Inopacan, Leyte], through the [20% Development Fund of the Municipal Engineering Office (MEO) with AIP Ref. Code No. 3000-500-3-1-10-005-002, intends to apply the sum of (Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Forty-Two Pesos Only and 21/100 (Php 999,942.21) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the [Improvement of Super Health Center/Power House]. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening.

2. The [Local Government Unit of Inopacan, Leyte] now invites bids for the [Improvement of Super Health Center/Power House]. Completion of Works is required [55 calendar days after contract signing].
