Description : INVITATION TO BID for the Improvement of Sta. Elena District Hospital, Sta. Elena, Camarines Norte

1. The Provincial Government of Camarines Norte, through the 20% Development Fund AB2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Nine Hundred Thirty-Two Thousand Sixty-Eight Pesos (P2,932,068.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Improvement of Sta. Elena District Hospital, Sta. Elena, Camarines Norte. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Provincial Government of Camarines Norte now invites bids for the Painting of Main Building (includes ceiling, interior and exterior walls). Completion of the Works is required 90 CD. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 ...
