  REQUEST FOR QUOTATION
  
  The Provincial Government of Masbate, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites contractors to submit Price Quotation/s for the Improvement of SP Session Hall at Capitol Building, Masbate City with an approved budget for the contract of Nine Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php900,000.00).
  
  The BAC is adopting “Small Value Procurement” under Alternative Method of Procurement for this Contract in accordance with Republic Act No. 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).
  
  To be eligible to bid for this Contract, a contractor must meet the following major requirements:
  
  (a) Filipino Citizen or 75% Filipino owned partnership/corporation with PCAB license
  for Size Range Small A
  (b) Completion of Similar contract costing at least 50% of the ABC and,
  © Net Financial Contracting Capacity (NFCC) at least equal to ABC.
