  Invitation to Bid for Improvement of Sidewalk and Drainage at E. Santos St., Brgy. Pinagbuhatan, Pasig City.
  
  1. The City Government of Pasig, through the Annual or Supplemental Budget, as approved by the Sanggunian intends to apply the sum of PHP 6,999,746.67 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract Improvement of Sidewalk and Drainage at E. Santos St., Brgy. Pinagbuhatan, Pasig City. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2. The City Government of Pasig now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 120 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
