Description : 1. The Barangay San Miguel Samal District IGACOS , through Barangay Funds intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Nine Thousand Seven Hundred Ninety Three Pesos and Nineteen Centavos Only (Php 109,793.19) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the goods for Improvement of Senior Citizen Building Brgy. San Miguel, Samal District, Island Garden City of Samal under PR # B2025-01-004. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected a bid opening.

2. The Barangay San Miguel Samal District IGACOS now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Thirty Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).

3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
