1)The Municipality of Tingloy, through the TERM LOAN, LAND BANK OF THE PHILIPPINES intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION PESOS (PHP1,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for IMPROVEMENT OF SAN JUAN COVERED COURT AT SITIO SAMPAGUITA, BARANGAY SAN JUAN, TINGLOY, BATANGAS. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of Tingloy now invites bids for IMPROVEMENT OF SAN JUAN COVERED COURT AT SITIO SAMPAGUITA, BARANGAY SAN JUAN, TINGLOY, BATANGAS.4 Completion of the Works is required 120 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 120 days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
