IMPROVEMENT OF RURAL HEALTH UNIT II BUILDING

1. The Municipal Government of Bayambang, through the TRUST FUND intends to apply
the sum of ONE MILLION ONE HUNDRED NINETY-THREE THOUSAND THREE
HUNDRED TWENTY-FOUR PESOS (PhP1,193,324.00) being the Approved Budget
for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for IMPROVEMENT OF RURAL
HEALTH UNIT II BUILDING / NJQ-INFRA-12-2024-087. Bids received in excess of
the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipal Government of Bayambang now invites bids for the above Procurement
Project. Completion of the Works required is WITHIN SEVENTY-TWO(72) CALENDAR
DAYS. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description
of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II
(Instructions to Bidders).
