Description : Prospective bidders should possess a valid PCAB license applicable to the contract, have completed a similar contract with a value of at least 50% of the ABC. The BAC will use non-discretionary pass/fail criteria in the eligibility check/screening as well as the preliminary examination of bids. The BAC will conduct post-qualification of the lowest calculated bid.
Pre-Bid conference will be on March 5, 2025, Wednesday, 9:00 AM at the BAC Meeting Room, City Administrator's Office, Tabuk City Hall, Dagupan Centro, Tabuk City.
Bid Documents are available during office hours starting February 25, 2025 at the BAC-Secretariat, City Engineering Office and upon payment of a non-refundable amount for bid documents as shown above to the LGU Cashier, Office of the Treasurer.
All sealed bid proposals should be received by the BAC Chairman/Secretariat on or before March 19, 2025; Wednesday, 9:00 AM at the BAC Meeting Room, City Administrator's Office, Tabuk City Hall, Dagupan Centro, Tabuk City, Kalinga.
