1. The Provincial Government of Kalinga through the AIP Code 8918-1-25-2004 intends to apply the sum of
FOUR MILLION ONE HUNDRED TWELVE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED SIXTY-EIGHT PESOS AND SEVENTY-SEVEN CENTAVOS
4,112,968.77 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the
IMPROVEMENT OF ROAD, SAUDI BULO TOURISM LAKE Bids received in excess of the ABC shall automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Provincial Government of Kalinga now invites bids for IMPROVEMENT OF ROAD, SAUDI BULO TOURISM LAKE Completion of the Works is required within
