Description : Prospective bidders should possess a valid PCAB license applicable to the contract, have completed a similar contract with a value of at least 50% of the ABC. The BAC will use non-discretionary pass/fail criteria in the eligibility check/screening as well as the preliminary examination of bids. The BAC will conduct post-qualification of the lowest calculated bid.
Pre-Bid conference will be on January 13, 2026, Tuesday, 9:00 AM at the BAC Meeting Room, Dagupan Weste Barangay Hall, Dagupan Weste, Tabuk City.
Bid Documents are available during office hours starting January 6, 2026 at the BAC-Secretariat, Dagupan Weste Barangay Hall and upon payment of a non-refundable amount for bid documents as shown above to the BLGU Treasurer, Dagupan Weste.
All sealed bid proposals should be received by the BAC Chairman/Secretariat on or before January 26, 2026; Monday, 9:00 AM at the Dagupan Weste Barangay Hall, Tabuk City, Kalinga.
