INVITATION TO BID FOR THE

IMPROVEMENT OF ROAD AND DRAINAGE SYSTEM ALONG BAYABAS ST., AMPARO SUBD., BRGY. 179, CALOOCAN CITY

1. The CITY OF CALOOCAN, through the General Fund of the 2025 Annual Executive Budget approved under Sangguniang Panlungsod Ordinance No. 1121 s. 2024, intends to apply the sum of Twenty One Million Seven Hundred Thousand Pesos (₱21,700,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Improvement Of Road And Drainage System Along Bayabas St., Amparo Subd., Brgy. 179, Caloocan City. (General Scope of Work; General Requirements, Earthworks, Roadworks/ Concrete Pavement, Drainage System, Disposal of Waste Materials).

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected during the Opening of Bids
