1. The Provincial Government of Aklan, through Supplemental Budget No. 2 - Capital Outlay CY 2023 Continuing intends to apply the sum of One Million One Hundred Forty Two Thousand One Hundred Eighty Seven Pesos and Forty Eight Centavos Only (Php 1,142,187.48) to payments under the contract for the Improvement/ Rehabilitation of Human Resource Office Phase 1, Annex Building, Capitol Site, Kalibo, Province of Aklan with AKLAN BAC ITB No. 097 Series 2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Provincial Government of Aklan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required for Ninety (90) Calendar Days.
