ITB No. NIA-ZAM-2025-08-STRIS (CASTILLEJOS)

1. The NIA Zambales Irrigation Management Office, through the General Appropriations Act (RESTO NIS) of CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Thirty Eight Million Fifty Two Thousand Four Hundred Sixty Six & 82/100 Pesos Only (Php 38,052,466.82) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract Improvement/Rehabilitation of Diversion Works and Canal System of STRIS (Castillejos) located in Castillejos, Zambales with ITB No. NIA-ZAM-2025-08-STRIS (CASTILLEJOS). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The NIA Zambales IMO now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works requires Two Hundred Forty (240) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project to be bid. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
