Section I. IMPROVEMENT REHABILITATION BRGY OSORIO BASKETBALL COVERED COURT

1. The Barangay Government of Osorio, through the Development Fund and intends to apply the sum of Four hundred thousand pesos ( Php 400,000.00 )only being the approved Budget for the Contract to payments under the contract for Constructions of Waiting Shed located in Osorio Toda, Brgy Osorio, Trece Martires City, Cavite. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Barangay Government of Osorio now invites bids for Improvement Rehabilitation Brgy Osorio Basketball Covered Court. Delivery of the goods is required for a period of 30 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within 30 Calendar days from the date of submission of receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
