Description : INVITATION TO BID
1. The Provincial Government Aklan, through 20% NTA Development Fund CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Million Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Forty Five Pesos Only (Php 1,999,945.00) to payments under the contract for the Improvement/ Reblocking of Man-up-Lupit-Ambolong-Batan Road, Batan, Province of Aklan with AKLAN BAC ITB No. 054 Series 2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Provincial Government of Aklan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required for Ninety (90) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
