Description : INVITATION TO BID
1. The Provincial Government Aklan, through 20% NTA Development Fund CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Nineteen Million Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Fifteen Pesos and Seventy Seven Centavos Only (Php 19,999,915.77) to payments under the contract for the Improvement/ Reblocking of Banga-Libacao Road, Banga, Province of Aklan with AKLAN BAC ITB No. 083 Series 2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Provincial Government of Aklan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required for One Hundred Fifty (150) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
