Description : IMPROVEMENT OF PUBLIC TOILET (PHASE-I)
Barangay Danlugan, Pagadian City

1. The Barangay Danlugan, through the Barangay funds for the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for “IMPROVEMENT OF PUBLIC TOILET (PHASE-I)”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid Opening.

2. The Barangay Danlugan now invites Bids for “IMPROVEMENT OF PUBLIC TOILET (PHASE-I)” at Barangay Danlugan, Pagadian City. Completion of the works is required Ninety (90) Calendar Days from the date of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have Completed within Five (5) Years from the date of Submission and receipt of Bids, a Contract similar to the Subproject. The Description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in section II.

Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC)= PHp 250,000.00

Bid Security: Cash/Bank Guarantee: PHp 5,000.00 (2% of the ABC)
