Improvement of Public Market - Electrical Connection (Materials Only)

1. The Local Government Unit of Alburquerque, through the 20% DF 2024 intends to apply the sum of Eight Hundred Sixteen Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty Four Pesos & 55/100 (P899,643.35) being the ABC to payments under the contract for 25-02-19-03. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government Unit of Alburquerque now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within 15 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within Thirty Calendar Days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
