Invitation to Bid for the IMPROVEMENT OF PUBLIC MARKET

1) The Municipal Government of Cervantes, through the 20% Municipal Development Fund of CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of FOUR MILLION PESOS (Php4, 000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the IMPROEVEMNT OF PUBLIC MARKET. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The Municipal Government of Cervantes now invites bids for the water system described as follows:
