For the Improvement of pressurized Irrigation System (PIS) at Pucgong.

1. The BLGU of Barangay Pangawan, through the 20% BDF 2025 intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY-FOUR THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED NINETY -SIX PESOS AND SEVENTY-FIVE CENTATVOS (PHP 184, 796.75) being the Approved Budget for contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS FORT THE Improvement of Pressurized Irrigation System (PIS) at Pucgong, Barangay Pangawan, Kayapa,Nueva Vizcaya. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically reacted at bid opening.

2. The BLGU of Barangay Pangawan now invite bids for the above procurement project completion of the works is required within 60 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding documents, particularly in Section 11 (Instruction to Bidders).
