1. The NATIONAL IRRIGATION ADMINISTRATION - REGION 3, through the General Appropriations Act of CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Eight-Six Million Six Hundred Sixty Thousand Six Hundred Sixty-Two and 43/100 Pesos Only (P 86,660,662.43) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract Improvement of Porac Diversion Dam (Upgrading of Ogee Dam Structure) with IB No. NIAR3-2026-PAM-PGRIS-11 located in Guagua, Pampanga. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The NATIONAL IRRIGATION ADMINISTRATION - REGION 3 now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Two Hundred Forty (240) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
