Description : 1. The Local Government Unit of Lagayan, thru the FY 2026 - General Funds under the Repair of Infrastructure Assets - Mayor's Office, intends to apply the sum of FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (PHP 500,000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract "IMPROVEMENT OF POLICE OUTPOST AT SOMABSAB ENTRY POINT". Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government Unit of Lagayan, now invites bids for the IMPROVEMENT OF POLICE OUTPOST AT SOMABSAB ENTRY POINT. The project is located at Barangay Poblacion, Municipality of Lagayan, Province of Abra, Cordillera Administrative Region. The following are the Item of Works;
