  SITIO DUMAYOP, TUAO NORTH, BAGABAG, NUEVA VIZCAYA
  
  1. The Local Government Unit of Bagabag through 2025 - 20% Development Fund, intends to apply the sum of FOUR HUNDRED NINETY NINE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED TWENTY TWO PESOS AND ONE HUNDRED FIFTY SEVEN CENTAVOS ONLY (₱499,222.157) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for IMPROVEMENT OF OVERFLOW STRUCTURE, SITIO DUMAYOP, TUAO NORTH, BAGABAG, NUEVA VIZCAYA (1. Repair of damaged portion of the overflow structure; 2. Dredging of upstream and downstream of overflow; 3. Desilting of existing RCP pipes; 4. Reblocking of undermined PCCP - 3 spans). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
