INVITATION TO BID FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF OPEN CANAL
1. The Barangay Calapdan, Estancia, Iloilo through MUNICIPAL AIDE 2022-2023 intend to apply the sum of TWO HUNDRED THIRTEEN THOUSAND PESOS ONLY. ( 213,000.00 ) for the IMPROVEMENT OF OPEN CANAL. Bids received in excess of the approved budget shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Barangay Calapdan, Estancia, Iloilo now invites bids to all registered contractor for the IMPROVEMENT OF OPEN CANAL of Barangay Calapdan.

3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a no-discretionary "pass/fail" criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules & Regulations ( IRR ) of Republic Act ( RA ) 9184, other wise known as the " Government Procurement Reform Act".
