1. The Provincial Government of Sarangani, through the AB 2025 20% DF intends to apply the sum of Ten Million Pesos being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Improvement of Nhw Jct. Talus-Upper Mainit Provincial Road (Rehabilitation of San Miguel Bridge Section) at Malungon with Contract No. INFRA-2025-64 Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Provincial Government of Sarangani now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within One Hundred Sixty Four Calendar Days (164CD). Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
