The Local Government Unit of Nampicuan, through its authorized appropriation under the 20% Development Fund intends to apply the sum FOUR MILLION THREE HUNDRED SEVENTY FOUR THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED EIGHTY THREE AND 21/100 PESOS ONLY (Php 4,374,983.21) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Project IMPROVEMENT OF NAMPICUAN CREEK INCLUDING DREDGING ALONG BARANGAY AMBASSADOR TO BARANGAY ESTACION, BARANGAY AMBASSADOR AND ESTACION, NAMPICUAN, NUEVA ECIJA. Bids receive in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
