Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF MUNICIPAL WATERWORKS SYSTEM
1) The LGU-LILA, BOHOL, through the 20% DEVELOPMENT FUND CONTINUING APPROPRIATION intends to apply the sum of Three million four hundred eighty pesos only (P 3,480,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the IMPROVEMENT OF MUNICIPAL WATERWORKS SYSTEM. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The LGU-LILA, BOHOL, now invites bids for IMPROVEMENT OF MUNICIPAL WATERWORKS SYSTEM. Completion of the Works is required 120 days. Bidders should have completed, within 120 days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non- discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
